This season I felt that London Fashion Week did not leave as big of an impression on me as New York and Madrid did. It wasn´t bad, I just thought it wasn´t as ´fresh´as some of the other new spring designs. It felt a little heavy for spring, lots of dark colors and heavier materials. That being said, spring is cold in England! Not suprising they wear black until July!
There were some standouts I enjoyed, however, which I have featured below.
I love the shape of this Giles dress.
This jumpsuit by Jonathan Saunders gives off a retro flashback.
Patterns were a huge trend this year on the London Runways and this Moschino Cheap and Chic outfit showcases mixing patterns.
Again some more patterns from Matthew Williamson.
A burst of spring color from Osman was a nice surprise.
Philip Treacy, everyones favorite hat designer does not disappoint!
