One of the things I think about when I put together an outfit is juxtaposition. I love the idea of mixing fabrics and textures and styles that might not really ´go´together, but work. For example below, I have pulled together a grouping of items that I find to be old school glamour but with an urban edge as well. The best way to do this is look for items that seem to have a classic glamorous look, like a little black dresss, diamonds, pearls, gold and then add some leopard, some leather, some studds, some ribbon, maybe some sequins or feathers. My absolute favorite is the classy black clutch…with the skull snap on top.
